ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
The check-in 4.00 - 7.00 P.M. (after 9.00 P.M. extra charge 20 euros)
The check-out within 11.00 A.M.
So that the organization of the check-in is possible, the client must inform the city manager of the schedule of anticipated arrival, contacting him 4/5 days by mail or telephone before. (see Contact)
It is guaranteed that the house will be ready for you at 4 p.m., while it shall be left free no later than 9 a.m.(after 11 A.M. extra charge 20 euros) on the departure day.
SECURITY MONEY
When you receive the keys of the house, you have to pay (200 euro), together with the remaining amount (cash payment) as security money for any damages to the house.
This sum will be given back to you when you leave the house, if it has not been damaged.
TIDYING UP
your house will be tidy when you arrive.
In your house you will find a broom, a dustpan and other useful things to tidy up.
you are responsible for the state of the house.
Before you leave the house you have to wash the dishes, take away the dustbin and put the furniture in order if you have placed it in a different way.
If you do not, your security money will be not given back.
Loosing the house keys has a charge of 20 euros
COMPLAINTS AND DAMAGES
Our guests are supposed to check the equipment listed on the inventory.
Damages incurred during normal use of the equipment, if not caused by misuse, will not be charged to the customer’s bill and will be repaired compatibly with the availability of a technician and with the needed materials.
Otherwise, if the damage has been caused by misuse, the repairs will be charged to the customer’s bill or taken from the security money.
BOOKING CANCELLATION OR REDUCTION
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior arrival are subject to a 5% Cancellation Fee or 50 euros whichever is greater.
Cancellations or changes that results in a shortened stay, or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage reservation deposit.
Cancellation or early departure does not warranty any refund of rent or deposit.
The deposit will be given back by money transfer (Bank Swift or Credit Card) after having detracted the different charges and the bank commissions.
ACCESS
City manager reserves the right to approach the house for reasons of inspection or maintenance.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
The number of persons admitted in the house doesn't exceed the maximum number in the description of the house as it appears on advertising materials.
Pets are not admitted.
The sublet of the house is not allowed.
In the case the customer you do not respect any of the points contained in this section, the city manager will demand the customer to leave the house.
